Time to make some cabinet faces, bunks and route the walls.

Posted on June 22, 2018November 2, 2019 by Michael

Next up I made the cabinet faces for the galley and the cabin. I also cut out what will become the bunks for the kids. I used the Kreg Circular Saw guide to rip down the plywood.

I used my router again and a scrap piece of molding as a fence to get straight relief cuts.

Here I’m testing the fit of the galley counter top.

One side is done. Look at that maze of cuts.

Close up of the bunk side.
