Routing out the walls
The next step in the build was routing out the walls. Because the template was cut out of a 4’x8′ sheet of MDF and the walls are made from 4’x10′ sheet of Birch a solution was needed. To solve this I would first clamp the template on one side ensuring everything was square and afterwards I would slide the template down to the other side of the board, square it up and route it out as well.
